About Pat Williams

Pat Williams, a native of Jacksonville, Florida, has built a remarkable life and career defined by dedication, determination, and exceptional service. Married to her high school sweetheart, Wayne Williams, a retired Coast Guard officer, Pat spent many years traveling the world. Together, they lived in places like Copenhagen, Denmark; North Dakota; Keflavík, Iceland; and Washington, D.C., where Pat pursued her education. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Technology from the University of Maryland, all while raising their three children, Scott, Lynn, and Michele. Eventually, the Williams family settled in the Florida Panhandle, where they have enjoyed a vibrant community and lifestyle ever since.

 

Pat is a seasoned Emerald Coast real estate expert, boasting over 40 years of experience with ERA American Real Estate. Since beginning her career in 1984, she has consistently ranked as one of the top ten agents in her region and has been recognized nationally, placing in the top 20 of ERA® Franchise Systems.
